Zack and Wiki looks to be THE AAA 3rd party title for the fall, you should really look into it, it's even gonna start at 39.99 usd from what I have been reading, mid Octoberish I think. Endless Ocean is recieving good reviews in Japan (37/40 in Fam. mag) but is (no pun intended) uncharted waters. Trauma Center should be pretty good too, especially with the online rankings and co-op, and Wii of course gets GH3 like every other system. The rest are kinda shaky or just plain unknown to me in terms of gameplay at this point.

Metroid 3, Smash Brothers and Mario Galaxy all but insure Nintendo even more joy this holiday season.

What I really want though is some strong 3rd party support in terms of quality, not quantity. I'm not even opposed to last-gen ports remapped to the wii-mote, since RE4 Wii Edition was really, really fun to play.

My local Walmart is also selling it for 29.76. Did you bother getting the gun thingy or can you just use the Wii-mote? Does it use the nunchuck too?

RE4 on the Wii? You hold down B to pull out your weapon, and you aim with the wii-mote, and to fire you press A. Allows for some really precise aiming. You swing your knife by wiggling the wii-mote, or alternatively pressing the C button and A. The nunchuck analog stick is used for movement.

From the reviews I read of the game, some liked the controls and other didn't, but I found them to be really really good, much better than the standard control scheme, which you can choose to use if you plug in the classic controller. Its $29 everywhere too. The official Nintendo gun attachment isn't out yet, and I'm not going to waste money on a 3rd party device, so no to the gun case.

i was really happy with Resident Wiivil 4. The controls were good, although the knife is pretty much useless the aiming for the weapons is spot on and very re-active.

This is a fucking Wii game, if you can't develop it to have an actual person walk around a hospital from OR to OR or whatever and have to resort to some retarded storyline with still images and text then I have no interest. If i want to play an NES quality game, i'll play an NES quality game. The operations are a little fun but really, when you have to speed scroll through all the stupid episode text to get to each operation, it's not worth it.

Yeah I gladly rented this, It really wasnt all that great, I ended up skipping through all the storyline text. Also when you had to use that star thing, I didnt really like that either, thats probably just me though

lol the demo is apparently like 5 minutes long (by not skipping the cutscene..) and is the really old one from a year and a half ago, not even the one they showed at E3.
