Does anybody know how to stretch out the screen while playing an original xbox game? (if it's at all possible without actually using your own TV's settings to mess with it..)

The excuse of a game not being fun anymore because all iterations of the game are the exact same doesn't work anymore because it's so widespread in the industry. All Madden games are the same, all Tony Hawk games are the same and the list goes on.

Think about that. You're essentially saying that its ok because others are doing it.

I'm not saying it's okay, all I'm saying is that it's not going to stop and people will continue to buy the same game year after year.

that makes me think of all of the yearly iterations of sports titles that come out.

I mean aside from the recent console generation jump they are essentially the same fucking game each year, with updated rosters.

They could nowadays just sell a cheap downloadable file for that.... but that would make them less money, so won't happen lol.

Madden was considerably better in 08. They doubled the frame rate for 360 and added a lot of new animations. It went from being crap to really good as far as im concerned. Same with NBA 2k6-2k7.

Actually, SMG might get higher scores than Halo 3. It was mostly a joke because apparently that belgian mag doesn't have a great reputation for reviewing full games.

It's annoying when people talk bad about games they haven't even played right? At least now you know how it feels.

In the end though it's dumb arguing whether Halo3 is better than SMG. Apples to organges etc etc...

However, you could argue Halo 3 is better because of the replay value that you get from the online, if anything.
