So has anyone uhh downloaded/bought Tekken 5 from the PSN store? how is it? looking for something to keep me busy until Vegas

What games are the PS3 coming out with RPG-wise that you are looking at? I just can't find anything that's going to outshow Blue Dragon and LO, or even going to come out before them. Where is this better game lineup? I'm honestly curious, I just can't find much, and I get annoyed when people tout this better game lineup with no actual info on the lineup (not directed at you, just saying). Wiki's great for some stuff or finding info on a particular game when you know what the title is, but in this instance...I don't even know anything about 90% of the titles, and there's not enough info for me to say "Oh, this will be something worth it."

FF13, Versus 13, MGS4, DMC4, VF5, Lair, Heavenly Sword, Motorstorm and Tekken 6 (and half my 360 games are going to be released on the PS3 anyways, so i'm not missing out on much from my current games)... yeah, i'd go with those over Blue Dragon, LO, and Halo3 any day.

So sure it'll take a while, but so will the good 360 titles.

Well...shit. Nothing I can't live without, unless either FF13 or Versus 13 completely blows me away. Blue Dragon and LO matter to me more than all of those put together, but at the same time I'm worried that there will nothing more than a few scraps afterwards. I was hoping you were gonna mention more RPGs...why are all the systems so retarded and releasing them so slowly? I thought the RPG market was a bit more popular than that. Wii is being stingy with the VC and I'm not sure how long it will take to release the new DQ games and FF:CC sequel (although Paper Mario is otw soon at least), PS3 hasn't confirmed any besides FF stuff (which I will be surprised if I see before 2009), and 360...I don't know. I'll have to keep waiting I guess. 360 might win me over though. I originally bought PS2 for the RPGs, and that's 90% of my game library...go figure.

No, the reason peopel are giving Sony hell about BC, is because when MS announced they had to use emulation for BC, and not every game would be supported. Sony raised a big stink about 360 not having it, and saying over and over that PS3 would be fully compatible will all old games, thus Sony kept saying over and over that "the Xbox360 is inferioir to the pS3" because of PS3 100% BC. Everytime you turned around that Ken guy kept dissing 360 because of it, saying its value was trash, and what made it worse was that he wouldn't shut up about it.

Then when the PS3 comes out, it also isn't BC, and all the games look worse then they did on PS2, people were like "ummm didn't you diss the competition for not having 100% BC for more then a year? what doo you have to say for yourself??"

So Sony basicly dug its own hole really. If they didn't tkae that superior attitude they wouldn't have gotten so much heat for this. The same way 360 barely got heat about it because they focused on the popular games anyway.

It's basically Rogue Squadron with dragons, and from what I've read and seen, has no RPG elements...
