Speak accurately
How is that so? The Wiimote is not exactly advanced, and as control goes it isn't exactly the best thing. It's a few buttons with some motion sensing, which hasn't been used in a way that makes me feel the Wii is the breakthrough it was sought out to be. I mean, PS3 has motion sensing to a degree, quite a few games use it as well as the Wii uses it's motion sensing, I fail to see how control methods make it technologically more advanced when the PS3 can do basically the same thing.
I mean, are you really going to shit on a control standard used for like, 20 years? There is absolutely nothing wrong with control pads, prefer ed even in some gaming genres, Wiimote isn't the end all remote.
It's not the technology that made the Wii the success it was, it was how they advertised and marketed it. Look at the adverts, the press releases, the name, everything about the Wii's release and advertising was done right.
