Holy shit thats fucking awesome. And yes, I'm a huge huge armored core fan lol, I still play the online co-op with some friends from time to time. They hate my setup though lol, its pretty evil. I have almost no def, and no guns/back/shoulder weapons, Just a blade on each arm (Moonlights, best blades) and the fastest boosting possible with the strongest generator possible. Even when they fire at me I can dodge almost everything with high speed movement and trick the radar because it cant keep up . That paired with the dual Moonlights can take out pretty much any suit in a matter of seconds at close range

So I just tried Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfare for the first time.

What a fucking piece of shit. Worst controls I've come across in a long, long time.

Good thing it was just a freebie when I bought my 360 in the Autumn. I'd be seriously pissed off now if I'd spent cash on that garbage.

Could be your wiring and speakers, or it could be the audio output settings on your PS3.

I used automatic settings which I think is 48 htz or something rather.

Play with your audio output see if that's it.

Have for 360, and while it definitely looks amazing, and has some interesting missions (like the one on the plane); but I'm not much of a FPS guy.

Top games by critical review so far for PS3 in the following order

1- Call of Duty 4
2- Oblivion
3- Rock Band
4- Uncharted: Drake's Fortune
5- Burnout Paradise
6- Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction
7- Ninja Gaiden Sigma
8- Resistance: Fall of Man
9- Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 2
10- Unreal Tournament 3

Of those titles, only 5 are currently exclusives, two of which are FPS.

So that narrows it down to Uncharted, Ratchet, and Ninja Gaiden which may appeal to you.

Of course there are other games as well...

None of those are "really worth enough to buy" as they're all 10 hour long games?? Rent! And why box it up and wait for GTA4? Would you get that on the 360 with the DLC? Or did you mean DMC4?

Tajin said he wasn't much of an FPS fan, so being so that limits him to quality multiplayer games which are the only gamers worth buying in essence.

So I dunno, he needs to be somewhat resourceful in this matter, hard to please everyone.

Well GTA4, I might get for both consoles, but that is fanboyism >_> (and a stupid way to waste money). I don't like to rent games because I feel pressured to play the game; don't mind the game being too short, as long as its fun.

I'll got by the book and buy Madden, and take 49ers to the superbowl in a perfect streak (no not really)
