It's Tomb Raider-esque only better, a very fun game.

The gameplay is a mix of tomb-raider and gears of war as mentioned above.

The story is a mix of raiders of the lost ark and romancing the stone.

Ratchet takes alot longer to beat than Uncharted.

I ran through uncharted in 8 and a half hours.

spent probably 12 so far on Ratchet, and have a little ways to go.

Ratchet is definitely longer, Uncharted takes about 8-9 hours to beat.

Yep yep, beating that and Ratchet have made my PS3 purchase well worth the money so far imo.

Both extremely excellent games.

I just went and saw National Treasure 2 this weekend and it made me want to play Uncharted again lol.
