Strangely enough I kind of like random encounters Maybe because I grew up playing RPGs with them and now these RPGs coming out w/o them I find myself not liking as much.

I just started playing the burnout demo, it's fun as hell and playing it with a dualshock3 is just awesome heh.

Random encounters sucked the fun out of my E2PGExcalibur II Perfect Game at times... :/
But in the end it made being successful feel all that much better, well after getting the Excalibur II anyway, after getting that everything is way more relaxed.

Playing through FF9, for some reason I never made it all the way through the first time. OMFG RANDOM ENCOUNTERS ARE ANNOYING.

Play SO2. Battle might be fun, but it has the most awful encounter rate ever (maybe not, but its seriously painful on 2nd disk).

Game runs smooth, 60fps, looks good. 10 minute time limit. Berial fight is fun and looks great, but that fucker kicked my ass even with all the health items. I barely played any of the previous DMCs, so I can't compare but I'll be getting this one first week. Throwing mobs around with Devil Bringer is pretty fun. The demo is about 600MBs.

Japans focus is almost soley on the 40 gig

Think Sony is phasing out the 80 for a new sku?

360 looks sharper. Look at the textures on the objects/his clothing. But that's if you're really picky heh, since they both look great and honestly -- it'll probably be easier playing it with a dualshock/sixaxis type of controller.

Either way, not picking this up until I catch up on the first 3 installments.

You have to play both in your own systems and home centres to make a valid opinion. But anyways, I've also *heard* the 360 has some frame issues, but it's just a rumour so take it with a grain of salt.

I'll wait for the PSN to do the updates, it should be out later today. Not that desperate to make a jap account lol.

360 looks sharper but the differences are negligible. I'm not gonna buy this game but I'll probably end up renting it.
