I use to keep my PS2 there all the time with no problems, but these consoles are depending a lot on ventilation so yeah it won't work my way anymore. Reason I want to keep them in the shelves closed off is because I have nieces and nephews that would fuck around with it. It sucks but now I just move the consoles in and out whenever I play. I am not moving my PS3 ever again until MGS4 comes out. It's really the only game I care to play in HD all the way through.

Thanks Larsa a couple quick questions; will FFXI online be on PS3 anytime soon and how do 360 players play with a keyboard? Is it a wireless 360 keyboard or something or is there a usb jack on the 360?

Edit* Price differences on all the types you can buy for each console would be appreciated too if you guys don't mind, is it really worth it to buy the best for each? Obviously everyone always "wants" the best, but I don't know if I lay the pipe down THAT good to ask her for a 700 dollar item on my birthday. (keep in mind her bday is a week before mine and i sure as shit dont want to spend 700 bucks on clothes or w/e the fuck she wants haha)

I am not too sure about the FFXI thing, but I had heard that you can play the PS2 version on PS3. Just not too sure how, maybe someone here knows.

I think you can only do it on the 60 GB version. A guy in my linkshell bought the 80 GB version and the PS2 HD wasn't compatible with that version, according to Sony. If you don't have the 60 GB version and want to try though, go to the PS store and find the PS2 HD software (it's free) and download/install it. Then you just install FFXI like you normally would. And I do have FFXI installed on my PS3.

Get a 60 gig PS3, then again it's the only console I own so take it w/ a grain of salt.

80 gig PS3 plays FFXI, few of my LS member play on them.

The PSN store has a (free) PS2 equipment/software patch that was released months ago. If you download it, you can then install FFXI on your system.

They should all work the same way, regardless of which SKU you buy.

Hes such a tease. A remake of MGS1 using the MGS4 engine would be absolutely fking fantastic. But I don't trust anything that man does until its already done because he just likes to fuck w/ your mind.

I would like to see a remake of the original nes game with MGS4 graphics. After watching the story of MGS3 you can feel why big boss end up betraying the government. Then again i know that would involve alot of work since they have to do a new game with story and all that shit so a remake would be hard to see.

I rather them redo MG 1 and 2 entirely since their stories sucked pretty bad. Big Boss, the greatest soldier, dying to an aerosol can and lighter, for real? It needs some recon too... since burning to death doesn't usually leave behind a body to copy DNA from.

Wouldn't they of already had plenty of DNA in storage? I mean, wasn't it Solid Snake who killed Big Boss anyway, meaning they'd already cloned him before he even died?

He wants Big Boss DNA to create super soldiers. Liquid's old body is a flawed clone and can't do that. Liquid's current body is Ocelot's. At the end Big Boss succumbed to flames, yet in the promotional art Big Boss looked in pretty good shape for someone who died by fire. Only his legs looked skeletal.
