I have to agree with Maxx. Lostwinds was a nice game, especially for 10 bucks. I paid 60 for Mass Effect and finished it in under 10 hours, so this value adds up to me. I also remember Portal being at about 3 hours long and being considered by many to be the best game of last year, and i think that would have cost 20-30 had it sold seperate from the game bundle. Besides, it is an honestly fun game that uses the Wiimote well, better than most standand retail games. I gotta support devs like that. The FF game is also surprisingly good, I can't even really describe why I like it without typing forever. maybe I just got a good rofl because I got one of the most retarded WHMs ever who kept getting her assed kicked every day in a dungeon, then would whine and go back the next day. it's looking like I could easily spend a good 15 hours on this game before it's done, which i don't find bad at all for 15 bucks. I'm leery of the DLC though.
Also, Tales of Vesperia is coming out on PS3 now also, was recently revealed to be a dual SKU, though I don't know if it will come out at the same time.
10 hours on Mass Effect? How is that even possible unless you went straight for the mission planets and played on the easiest difficulty possible? Don't point fingers at the game, it's your own fault for rushing through it..Originally Posted by Kenai
As for the WiiWare games, I dunno... LostWinds seems nice but I doubt i'd keep playing it after beating it once (like half of the XBLA games..) The FF game was a nice surprise though, especially since there's no fighting whatsoever.
I beat mass effect in a little over 8 hours, with only a few of the sidequest planets. I didn't intend to go straight to the end of the game and skip so much of the optional content, however I didn't realize I was at the end of the game until I beat it.. lol.

On another news, the so called 10 first minutes of MGS4 is pure bullshit, its basically the first trailer ._. But I'm digging the music.
Take your spoilers that-a-way. ====================>Originally Posted by Tajin
What spoilers jeez, there is nothing new in that trailer, otherwise I would not comment about it. -_-

So it's confirmed 40GB and it's also $100 more. Price isn't so bad as much as lack of BCKonami announced today that the "gun metal gray" special edition PlayStation 3—described as being "very, very limited" when confirmed for a stateside release—bundled with Metal Gear Solid 4 and a DualShock 3 controller will only be available for purchase from Konami's web site. Priced at $599.99 USD, it will sport 40GB worth of hard drive space in addition to it's unique, flat finish.
Don't confuse it with the regular MGS4 PS3 bundle, which will ring up at $499.99 and comes with an 80GB hard drive. Yes, you're paying $100 for gray pride.
Pre-orders open May 19 at Konami.com. Considering how swimmingly the Metal Gear Online beta sign up process went, we'd suggest having more than one computer at the ready for what may be frantic pre-ordering action.![]()
I'm not THAT much of a fanboy, honestly, $100.00 for a gray fugly color -.-
Edit: I would Ebay the shit out of that thing though.
Is Gamstop getting the MGS bundle? I want to trade in my 40g and cancel my mgs reservation and get the 80g.
yes we are, cant reserve it tho
How much store credit/cash do you usually give for a 40g trade in?Originally Posted by izembo
