MGS4 is GOTY. Only game I could see standing a chance is Fallout 3.

I could see a few other games having a chance as well. The only thing about goty is it has to sell a substantial amount of units as well as a quality game. Games like Far Cry 2 and Dead Space will be solid titles but wont have a chance. I think Gears of War 2, Resistance 2, Fallout 3, Fable 2, LBP and The Force Unleashed will be the running for goty. Obv a personal opinon but I could see all of those titles winning it with Fallout 3 prob the strongest one.

You do realize there are hundreds of GotY for hundreds of publications right? And that there is no universal rule besides it has to be good. I can't think of any example on hand, I don't feel like googling something so stupid.

It's stupid yet you feel the need to argue about it, thats awesome. I do realize that there are multiple pulications that tag games as GOTY and from my expierence I have yet to see one that hasnt sold a ton of units win any kind of recongnition from the gameing press or industry.

In theory, it doesn't need to sell tons of units, but in practice it really does, especially with most groups having people vote to choose GotY (spineless editorial staffs, yay)

GoTY vs Sales is a back to front argument. games aren't goty because they sell lots of units, and they dont sell lots of units because they are goty. They sell lots of units and they become goty because they are rock solid games, no more no less.

Basically Sony is introducing new bundles for the PSP: Dissidia, Petapon 2, and some other. What caught my eye, however, was that [PSP's] ad hoc networks will be able to connect to the PS3 and play with other people from all over the world.
