He just mad 'cause they stylin' on him. Even without the 3D the system is a vast improvement over the DS in graphical capabilities anyway. I just wish the screen(s) were bigger.

He didn't comment on anything else.
whoa, permanent or just a one off?
Already?
That looks like a means to stop the overheating, not the system dying.
I hope he faked that by wrapping a towel around it for awhile, waiting for it to freak out, and then took a pic while it looks all 'normal', as that's a fuckton of 'ventilation space' that 360 has access to, possibly to claim 'first' to having RDoT'd a 360.
[EDIT] And in other news, it looks like Canada is finally getting a fucking Videos section July 1st for PSN.

Not going to make a thread just for this link, since we normally just do them for games, but SOny with further plans to release and remaster the PS2 library.
Just browsing Amazon out of boredom and holy crap.

Who is willing to pay those prices?!
$170? I probably would if I didn't own a bc console already and really wanted the bc badly.
"2 new from $1100" is what I'm referring to.
Anyone looking for a brand new launch model should expect to pay those prices. Shit has been out of production for years and a lot of people were looking for them just for the bc.

Some Kinect specs below if they're to be believed. Was disappointed at how shitty the webcam part of it performs, and only 320x240 rez for the depth map? Hardly seems high enough to be used reliably, but perhaps that explains why there's the two-person limitation for gaming. Would also explain why that one Ubisoft fitness demo had the person you represented as a living blob........
Shit wouldn't work well in my bedroom also at that field of view if my PS Eye (they both have the same horizontal FOV by default) is anything to go by as far as getting my entire body in frame goes. I'm not trying to bash Kinect or anything, but I'm just a bit disappointed at the specs so far given how much this thing is going to cost. They could have at least made it record at 60fps like the PS Eye did, unless that'd be overkill for the hardware to create the depth maps out of as well as applying joints to it (which I'm assuming it done in software on the 360's end).

[EDIT] Looks like DigitalFoundry has posted their own article on the matter citing the same source as I: http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/di...pec-blog-entry
Hmm, wonder what the point of tracking 6 people if only 2 are active at one time.
Seems like a waste of processing power, unless I'm reading it wrong.
Probably for EyeToy-esque casual games where your entire body is a collision box, rather than the joints it reads from the 'active' players.
Little sister's crushing criticism of Wii Sports: Why do you have legs when you are bowling, but the people on the side don't?
Never noticed this.
That second gun would be very uncomfortable and ackward.
