Though this comment in the initial part of your post confused me:

Only the signed-in account can use the paid-for content – a license would have to be purchased on that console for everyone to be able to play. This seems to be where some people are getting tripped up – bringing a profile with a license on it to another console will not give the second console a license as well.

Then in the second part of your post you cleared that up which made me feel better, but they seemed to contradict each other.

So just to clarify once more. If I buy Worms on my Premium I currently have with my profile. Then go and buy and Elite and have the same gamertag, I can still download that game for free? Correct? That is how I understood it.

Also, do you work for the Xbox team?

The Elite will stay out on the market, giving people 3 options to choose from with 360's. If you can't get one at launch, you'll get one eventually.

In news that is sure to rock the gaming world it has been confirmed that Final Fantasy XIII, the blockbuster RPG highly anticipated by millions of fans of the series, will not be an exclusive game for the PlayStation 3 console.

The Final Fantasy XIII project as of right now consists of two games for the PlayStation 3 as well as a mobile game. Motomu Toriyama of Square Enix has come out and made the confirmation that other consoles will be receiving Final Fantasy XIII on top of the PlayStation 3.

This is pretty big news and could lead to speculation as to which Final Fantasy XIII games are going where. The obvious rumors are going to be that FFXIII is heading to the Xbox 360 as well as the PlayStation 3.

This quote though could also mean that the series could be heading to the Nintendo DS handheld and or the Nintendo WII as well since Square Enix has been very impressed and pleased with the progression and installed user base of the Wii, with the DS already receiving the Final Fantasy treatment a few times.

Let the rumors begin. Either way though the fact that Final Fantasy XIII will not be a PS3-exclusive has to make any Sony fan cringe in their gaming chairs.

SE is ruining the credibility of FF.

I doubt it will hit 360 though, and even if it will -- the PS3 version should be the obvious superior choice for me, since the PS controller is so much easier for RPGs than the bulky 360 one.

EDIT: He doesn't necesarily mean FF13 itself... he means that the entire series of games they will be releasing won't be exclusive to the PS3, which makes sense. If that's the case, I would expect a Wii title....but I think FF13 and FF Versus 13 will remain PS3 onry.

If FF13 went cross platform to 360 then i'd buy it for the achievements. Plus you'd have to take into account the fact that the xbox library will certainly rape face with that type of an addition. Meaning less PS3's sold for Sony. It's still speculation though so who knows.

It could be seen both ways, imo. According to this article, it is talking about the particular game title FF13, not some FF13 spinoff or another part of the series. The other games announced are hardly fresh news anyway, they have been around for months, so how would they just now be "confirmed"?
