    The first one, pretty sure it comes from the chest you get for winning it randomly.

    It comes from the first one, and its a pretty rare drop. We tried to farm it to make some daggers, only to come up empty for 2 weeks...

    How much are these thinks going on your servers? FFXIAH doesn't give an accurate price on these things. I've seen these things go for about 400K-1M in bazaar.
