No, I don't, because I've read about numerous cases, and for every case like this, I can show you many more where the verdict in a sex crime came out completely in favor of the male perp.

Again, if we start looking for sexual incidents from both sides, we're gonna be here for a long time. Im sure you are aware that, even today, society still believes a female is incapable of rape, and in most cases will get a light sentence. In many child "rape" cases, the females most often than not get away with it, or receive lesser sentences then men, this has only recently become a public issue. And many have argued that circumscion is a type of male mutilation, yet it is now a days expected by many in society for a male to have one. Of course i don't want to get into a argument into the latter, becuase i don't completly agree with them.

I'm also unsure how you gauge a "drastic inequality" in punishment for sex crimes (I assume, based on gender). What other sex crimes committed by women are part of this analysis? Lorena Bobbitt, this, and...?

you know in a few states, the guy can be charged with statutory rape (rape charge imposed without regard or fault) even if he was tied to a chair or held at gunpoint?

how about the thread we had a couple months back about a guy who was convicted of first degree rape, even though he stopped immediately when his gf "changed her mind" during intercourse?

last but not the least, i've seen guys who have to pay child support even they are not the biological fathers. how's that for equality?
