Is it even worth trying to get the set or is the bonus just a lame -5%?

While we're on the topic of Amir gear, does anyone know exactly what "Enhances Zanshin" does? I'm guessing it makes it kick in more frequently, but is there a specific percentage anyone has been able to figure out?
