I watched both episodes and thought it was alright. I doubt I would watch another episode unless there was nothing else on though. The lead guy is what made it mediocre for me, he had some funny expressions, but he didn't make me want to watch the show.

The canned laughter was just so painful. Plus his parents are such annoying, unlikeable stock characters. I expected a lot more from it.

Family Guy has always been pretty song-heavy since the beginning.

As for "The Winner," I tried out like half of it after Family Guy. Was it just me or did anyone else find it creepy that this guy was getting advice from a 12 year old on how to bang his mom? Equally creepy was the kid telling him to practice on some whores and then helping him buy condoms.
