Lol, nothing like that.

The DA dropped my charges cause it was totally bogus. She could of brought the issue up in our original divorce even but she didn't.

It just took over a year for the DA to get around to reviewing the case and deciding to drop the charges.

She just needed me in jail for a few days so the state would find our daughter deprived and take her from my home and put her in foster care with her. The adjudicated deprived motion wasn't going to go forward until the criminal matter was taken care of. Years later when the mess finally gets cleared up I loose custody on her motion to modify because my daughter hadn't lived with me in 3 years .

They try to keep kids in the home they are already in rather than move them out unless there is a really compelling reason to do so. It is the same logic that got me custody in the first place.

It worked out really well for her, with custody she got lots of benefits from the state and went from a really crappy apartment in the ghetto with a crappy car to a nice apartment in a good part of town with 2 nice cars yet her and her lover make the same amount of money.

The fucked up part was when she lived with me she was a happy little girl who did awesome in school, had her own club that all the kids wanted to join, and didn't wet the bed at 3 years old much less during the day..

Now she is 8 and wets her pants during the middle of the day, tells really extravagant lies to people, her grades are a joke, she likes to call her mom a bitch to her face, etc.

Anyway, thats just the tip of the iceberg in fucked up things I've dealt with lol.

Wow that sucks. It really sucks when the other half is an uncaring, vindictive snatch that thinks of only his/her self huh? That really blows and it's shit like this that pisses me off. I too have a daughter and I would seriously have absolutely no qualms about spending the rest of my natural life in prison for her benefit. Sorry to hear that seriously Although nothing remotely close to this has happened to me luckily, it still tends to resonate close to home.

I never got that crap, Ive seen and heard about all these women getting molested/raped in a train.. AND THEY DO NOTHING. You have to be a pretty weak/dumb person to do nothing in a situation like that, especially when youre surrounded by others that would help you in a second.

I dont care how 'scared, timid or if you freeze up' in a high tense situation, no one would in their right mind would just sit there and be raped. Women have faced death before while being raped, being stabbed over and over while resisting, but yet they still resist.

When such person experiences that, chances are that they were abused before either physically or emotionally. So one way to escape that horrible experience is to 'detach' themselves like most victims tend to do. Therefore, chainging the 'wiring' in their brain. In short: it is not because they are weak, it's how a fked up brain works.

That a reaction to rape has nothing to do with rape.

For every girl that freaks out and goes nuts after actually being raped there is a girl that freaks out and goes nuts after not ever being raped at all and a girl who seems totally indifferent to the fact she was raped in the first place.

It is totally bullshit to say that "this how a girl should act" when raped because there are tons of varieties to how a girl can respond and any of them can be exhibited by a girl who wasn't even raped in the first place.

Basically you should ignore everything a girl says and does and focus on the facts. Doing anything else is flat out dangerous.

No one is seriously saying that she liked it, but her behavior shouldn't be considered weird or wrong when she was the one who got assaulted. It might of been the most horrible thing to ever happen to her and she just simply didn't know what to do.

Arguing that she was stupid for not "resisting" or alerting someone about what was happening -- okay, that's understandable, if somewhat cold. I know I was a little annoyed when I found out Elizabeth Smart had a number of opportunities to escape but didn't take them. But again here you go with remarks like "I bet her panties were soaked," indicating that she probably liked it, or she was a "nympho" (Need I remind you that "nymphomania" has never existed?). Allegations of nymphomania have historically been used to render rape charges false.

I'm wondering if -- deep down -- you actually believe this, and I think you do. I don't know how to convince someone that the likelihood that a college student on a redeye flight, trying to sleep, would enjoy being "spooned" and felt up by a total stranger is incredibly slim. I thought that was common sense. But I guess there's some breed of people who would rather believe that what they're doing or what they've fantasized about isn't sexual assault, that she likes it, and that any woman who files a lawsuit is only doing it because she wants a slice of the pie. I can only conjecture that this thought process is based on a lot of pent-up anger and frustration, as it has no place in the mind of a rational person. Again, we have no solid reason to believe that she in any way "enjoyed" the assault, so to assume otherwise is to unfairly discredit her when she was the one who was victimized.
