As for the Penguin resurfacing, it will not happen in TDK. Additionally, Nolan has stated that he is staying away from the Penguin character due to the fact that he's hard to flesh out in this 'real' interpretation of Batman.


As for people saying that Spiderman 3 will be the last... they said that about X3 as well. You can't expect them to stop milking such a powerful cash cow. Them stopping at 3 is about as likely SE starting to actually take FFXI seriously.
