Wivres are pretty fun to fight. The dmg you do to them is affected by where you hit them on the body. If you hit them on the horn you hit for 0s alot, the side full dmg. They have AOE attack down, Haste/Berserk move, Stoneskin move, and a direct dmg move. Still easier then bugards though.

I always thought spike-spells were based off of enhancing skill. Is it Elemental?

And, if so, what magic skill is associated with Gloomy Spikes? Dark, I'm guessing?

Signet bonus is very noticable. On a MNK Gigas (31 exp solo) as DRK/NIN, I was taking 8-15 damage, and he was missing 4 times in a row often. before, they wouldn't miss more than twice in a row, and 30-40+ damage per hit. I wish I had brought /THF

I'm going to assume the spikes don't do damage, but just keep your HP up.

from what i've heard THF knife is 3/3 so far.

I've heard confirmations of this from my server as well as others. Could it be intended or a glitch?

If it's a glitch, I just hope I get on and get one before they maint. it back to the way it was.
