TBH i was pretty let down by Civil War. I just kept waiting for something to REALLY happen. Sure, the ramifications of the whole story line are pretty interesting (if it is done well i suppose?) but the actual books just didn't keep me on the edge of the seat at all.

Of course... they just waited until the end of Civil War and started dropping the bombshells in the actual books of the chars.

I was ok with the way the Main portion of Civil War ended, but this whole thing with Captain America dying is 100% bullshit to me. I really don't understand what marvel is thinking here, with as popular as he became again during the entire Civil War saga, killing him off is basically Marvel shooting themselves in the foot.
