Doubtful, I'm not even sure the crafting system supports crafting something into an item that has a RARE flag on it.

That would be using an item that was rare tagged. This has happened before. What crafting seems unable to do is make "Rare" tagged items.

I sure wish someone would test every 8 hits already.
