Oh hey, a little teaser because I don't see it posted anywhere. An Apathy group on Remora reportedly fought Cerberus at floor 60. They were low on time and unable to kill it.

Negative. I wasn't in the group, nor am I in Apathy. Hence the "teaser" portion of my post. I can't verify the validity, but no one in Apathy would ever lie about dying to something, that's not what you brag about. >_>

Engaged it with like 30 seconds left before we got kicked out and got it to like 60% or something before finally getting kicked.

Has anyone else here noticed Eastern and Western Shadow having an exceptionally high appraisal rate for their loot? My shell is somewhere around 2/6 on Vali's Bow, and I've gotten report from 4 or 5 other sets on my server that they've had it drop, and I personally went 1/1 on Retaliators last night. The rest of the time, my set personally has gone probably around 1/80 or so on rare appraisals, with another set in my group doing about the same.

Who says I didn't tell them to do that? haha. Anyway, my bad, didn't have a chance to take a sshot even though I thought I did. I'll check with the rest of the group when they start getting on tonight, hopefully I can find something, and, if not, we'll see if cerb pops up again when we redo that set of floors.

Whoever complains about psycheflayers though, lol, they're easy shit. Wouldn't have been a problem if whm wasn't restricted.

Floor 50... halfway there, and still no good appraisals, and no boss drops.

Yea they are easy on their own. We got one floor where it was just kill them and we blew through it. We usually get them with no gearsor some shit though, which is hard as hell.

you're only able to enter in increments of 5 floors (that you've beaten and recorded) +1 right... so let's say my static eventually clears floor 15 and we want to farm floor 20 until we get the desired drops that we want. does that mean we'd have to keep doing a 16-20 floor run, kill the boss, then use fireflies instead of exiting/saving data? it just sounds like if you actually clear floor 20 and don't get any drops, you're fucked for who knows how many floors. i guess start back from floor 1 and have someone else save the data?

Even if you beat F20 and save. You can restart on F16 and farm that set.

0/1 here as well, killed maybe 20-25 different NMs with no actual NM drops. :\ (Not even a Pilgrim's Wand!)

thanks for the clarification. i only have floor 5 saved so far and we have no idea how the floor teleporting will work-i guess you can enter any previously beaten floor in increments of 5+1 (if you have sufficient tokens ofcourse).

Last night my group had a defeat psycheflayers floor, which isn't bad..... but it was avoid detection by gears also. And of course you HAD to go through a small room that has 2 gears and no way to avoid them, some psycheflayers had at least a gear near them.

Some had 2-3 mobs around them. We had WS restricted, then Black Magic restricted. Never got past that floor.

Killing gears can also result in a 1min deduction of your already limited time.

Yeah, last time I got light lamps in certain order as well as don't agro gears. We there were 5 lamps all swarming with gears. Each gear agro'd was -1 minute off total time. That was the shortest Nyzul I've ever done....18 minutes or so, 1 floor, didn't complete it.

In that situation, when it's avoid and not "Don't destroy", just pull them with a ranged attack. You will not be penalized.
