Juli may wanna verify this, as i don't think im over exxagerating when i say that we have had well over 50 items appraised. Haven't had a single successful appraisal. 0:4 on the 20,40,60, and 80 NMs. No THF for any of the kills. After we hit 100 this weekend hopefully, we'll start farming the /20's with a THF =/

Same, except we have a TH3 along. Still 0:4 on 20,40,60,80 NM's. 0:big number on appraisals.

Another group in our LS is 2:2 on level 20. They deserve to die.

Farming for specific pieces is gunna suck. First you have X% (low) chance of getting a drop, then you have a 33% chance that the drop is the piece you even want/need. And you always have the Y% chance of getting the light all 666 lamps in order without killing-ing the gears floors just trying to get to the NM on floors 20/40/60/80/100.

Only 'cool' NM we've fought so far was Roc, with weapon skills locked out. Plenty of random `where the hell is that NM from` NM's.

ok, so i can officially say, the Vile Ineef mega boss, is by far the worst one, psycheflayer type, with near insta cast aga3's. Owned my pt in like 10 seconds.

Yeah hes been 75 drg for 4 years so far. Since March 2003. Why do people always try to stretch how long they have played ffxi? To the point that they stretch it back before NA release. Im sure he was an importer though, since thats so common.

Killed Fafnir floor 40 twice tonight with RDM BRD BLM BLM BLM THF, no drop on either kill. Second one was fun, we went in with like 5min left on the floor and no MP, started fighting ~3min left and took about 2 to kill.

Anyone else note that this Fafnir isn't sleepable? ES Sleep II from 3 different BLMs resisted, and the RDM was never able to land it. However, he seems very weak to Gravity, as our RDM was never resisted once and made for easy kite/nuking.

We've appraised 100% crap, received nothing from the multiple NMs we've fought, I feel like I'm wasting my tags, I'm going to stick with salvage AP farming mainly, while using some tags on this to help my friend who wants to go higher.

We've appraised 100% crap, received nothing from the multiple NMs we've fought, I feel like I'm wasting my tags, I'm going to stick with salvage AP farming mainly, while using some tags on this to help my friend who wants to go higher.

That's the feeling I'm starting to get, too, but I want that head piece with Haste+4% on it.

If Fafnir was sleepable, he woulda been easier for my manaburn army to kill, but there's enough room to kite it around anyway so it wasn't an issue.

Maybe I'll start doing Salvage. XD

So if you're not American, you can become 75 before the level cap was even that high? Awesome.

It lists 7 Psychflayers as a possible number for "Eliminate Specified Enemies", but I've personally done a floor that required only 2, and one that required more (I think 5). If there's such a regular pattern, it's possible that the 7 listed are actually for 2 different possible objectives, with 5 or 2 Psychflayers, respectively. This is assuming it's not just a random number of specified enemies up to a maximum of those listed.

We're on 86, had to do floors 1-10 last time to get more tokens, cause I was down to 200 =(

Our next run is tomorrow, should reach 100.

1700tokens to go in@86, just to get a 1st floor with a ton of "don't destroy gears" that if you destroy lowers your tokens received,(so you're fucked even if you get out or not) in a kill all enemy floors, with cassie in the end = sirius business

I looked over the Japanese page, but I didn't quite understand whether only the person recording the data gets to pick a weapon when they get to lvl 100, or if the whole group does. That's going to be a kick in the teeth if it's set up so only 1 person in the group can get a weapon. Getting to 100 6 different times = a bit much.

The Japanese seems to suggest that you must erase data to go from 99 to 100 and then only one person can get the key item from some lamp on the floor after that.

Does it mention if there's a boss on floor 100 at all? It seems like a slot of armor would be missing if there's only 4 boss floors.
