Does Wafik actually have 6666 posts or is that some custom thing?
Nope he's #3 post leader with 6666, it's legit.Originally Posted by Sylvrdragon

Key item probably allows access to later missions/floors for nyzul isle down the road.
Pff, you think thats bad? I can't wait til the next group to clear floor 100 gets only a fire crystal.
So that dude got possibly the first one of these weapons and is too lazy to test it out... lame.
I know... It's like he doesn't appreciate the weight of his responsibility to the world or something.Originally Posted by Judai

Ya Calble is pretty cool when you talk to him.
I wonder if there is a hidden effect on the weapons that you have to break with weapon skill points... For as lame as that would be, it is certainly less lame than the alternatives. (Have to wear the full Nyzul armor set for your job, no hidden effect at all.)
yea i always liked that blu relic weapon hopefully i can upgrade it faster >.>Originally Posted by Sylvrdragon
would kinda make no sense lol
theyre might be another tower of 100 more floors and u need the key item to access it tho
OR it could be u need that key item to get your lvl cap to 99!!!!!!! ._.(txt sarcasm ftl)
i know it kinda sucks the only person with the weapon isn't intrigued to figure it out.
i'm not sure if anyone would know the answer to this but... were the fully upgraded relics put into the dat files at the same time the lower forms were? i'd imagine not many (if anyone) cared about dat mining back then since most people weren't 75 when dynamis was introduced.
but when dynamis was introduced, bcd and xar weren't available, so it was impossible to fully upgrade right away (aside from currency issues). so maybe there's more to come... or maybe not?
I'm willing to bet that this is the case.Originally Posted by Pergo
If I recall correctly, upgrading a Relic Weapon to Stage 3 was the best one could do when Dynamis first came out.
Either way, it means that it's kind of pointless to do Floor 100 until SE comes out with more material in Nyzul Assault. Farm Floors 20, 40, 60, 80 ftw. Appraisals ftl. They really need to up the successful appraisal rate dammit. We're like 0/50+ >.>
I'll try talking to Calble later on to see if they've found a hidden effect on the knuckles later on. They beat it maybe a week ago because I've seen him with the Askar Zuchetto on lately. Can't get on right now though because apparently all my content IDs have been deleted >.>
I believe so, in the same way the entire AF sets were introduced into the data before they were attainable because of level cap, and there are plenty of other examples (imperial coinage in the DATs, CoP AF2 sets in the DATs, and some other "grouped" stuff).were the fully upgraded relics put into the dat files at the same time the lower forms were?
IMO the key item will probably be useful for something, if only even some ToAU final mission quest that provides a CoP-earring type reward (see Tear of Altana), but generally the trend for ToAU seems to be that those who do the content as it comes out don't have to worry as much about dividing their resources when new content comes (see Assault Point gear & Salvage). It is not impossible that Hazhalm could require tokens to access, meaning those who fully clear Nyzul now will probably have a headstart on new content.
The drop rate of the lvl 20 boss is pretty good for us so far. Of 5 fights (3 Fafnir, 2 Behemoth) we've gotten one Denali Feet, and one Askar Feet (Denali from Behe, Askar from Faf). It's good to know that the (arguably) best feet for BLU are reasonably easy to get.
What does the key item say, if anyone can translate? Just curious :]

gentou no kagi
Key of the magic lantern.
I wonder if it lets you auto-bypass those lamp levels completely? Make going up a second time (if you so chose) much easier.
