Map Marking NPCs

Couldn't find locations for these new NPCs, the only one I ran into was Hugo standing in front of the whitegate mog house exit. Noticed a new npc standing there so I clicked on him. He marked my whitegate map with the title changing brd, armor and item storage npc, etc..

So, Does anyone have any leads to the other Map Marking NPCs in other areas? Maybe compile a list here? =)

There is one of these in Port Bastok near the Mog house. Galka in a Bison Jacket

What these guys do anyways?

They mark your city maps with some relevant NPCs, like weather reporters, armor storage, pursuivants, etc. Pretty sure they're near the mog house exit of all the zones listed in the update, and they're all in bison gear.

Not a huge deal, but kinda handy.

Confirming. Each one is in bison(Bst JSE) and outside their respective mog houses.
