    I'm curious about one thing.

As an example, the list of mobs for 'defeat the specified enemies' doesn't include all the mobs that could count as a specified enemy for that objective (based on my memory of past runs). Did you not include those in the list? Or are they also in a different spot in the .dat files?

I would guess those mobs would be in a different spot because all of the ones that come to mind can be normal mobs too (normal mobs being non-ITG mobs that are just listed as an NM for that floor, like Thousand Eyes or Bouncing Balls, etc), but that would mean that the only time any of the mob types you listed are spawned would be on a floor for that objective... Otherwise I don't see why they would be listed separately if they're really no different... Because I'm pretty sure that I've seen Soulflayers/Imps spawn on floors as normal mobs when the objective had nothing to do with them.

I'm hoping that came out clear, but yeah... Considering the above and assuming you didn't just leave them off the list and that my memory is accurate, perhaps the order they're listed in the dats isn't as accurate a reference as it may seem?

The lists I posted aren't relevant to the actual non-nm enemies that spawn on the floor, and not relevant to the "defeat specified enemy (singular)" objective.

"Defeat the specified enemy" -> kill a random non-NM, non-rampart mob that cons ITG

"Defeat the specified enemies" -> kill all the mobs of one AU family from the list above. They con ITG, and from my experience there are always exactly 4.

"Defeat the enemy leader" -> kill one of the bosses listed in the boss section above

I've definately had to kill more then four. Our last run yesterday was "defeat specified enmies and don't kill gears." We had to kill 6 Soulflayers, it sucked.

For "Defeat specified enemies", I've always had to kill between 2 and 6 mobs. The species of the mob seems to have no bearing on the number of the mobs fought, as I've had floors of 2 soulflayers while others report floors of 6, and I've also had floors of 2 and 5 Qiqirns. It seems just as random as everything else.

For defeat the specified enemies, I've come across floors where we had to kill:

    3 Heraldic Imps
    4 Heraldic Imps
    4 Psycheflayer
    5 Psycheflayer
    6 Psycheflayer
    2 Poroggo Gent
    3 Poroggo Gent
    4 Ebony Pudding
    5 Ebony Pudding
    2 Qiqirn Treasure Hunter
    3 Qiqirn Treasure Hunter
    3 Racing Chariot

That I can remember. It almost seems like each group has a range of 3 that need to be killed, as I've never heard of anyone needing less than 4 Psycheflayers, or more than 4 Poroggo Gents.

Edit: Hm, the above post seems to dispel that theory though. 2 Psycheflayers seem too easy.. everyone complains about the floor. >.>

I once had two (it might have been three) tigers for specified enemies

When i saw the screen of the clogs dropping, i went to look up the stats and i noticed the gloves.

    Magic Attack Bonus +4%

It has the % on there in the .dats? This is the only item in the game that lists it that way correct? somepage has it listed above of the items that give MAB+10, is +4% really that much?

    I always though MAB+5 was like, 4.x%

S'on page 5, thanks. Still weird theyd just change the way they displayed a stat, for one item. Though they do have a track record of doing the same thing so meh.
