Behemoth KS99 has the Healing staff now

I haven't seen too many shops in my time, so I'll assume the SS is legit. If so, not too big of a logical jump to say Strider's and Speed Belt are in the other two KS99s.

I would still place Striders in the KS30, although I do think Speed Belt is likely to be in Turtle KS99

Yeah, but chances are they put something in the Wyrm one too, and Striders is probably the most likely of all the remaining drops.

And... not that it really means much beyond being something they all have in common, but aren't KA, Simurgh, and Roc all level 55ish HNMS?

Yea, but the relation of the 3 NMs can't be considered here since we already know 1 of their drops is KS99 and the other is KS30.

so far it seems the big 3 are from ks99 but divisor mentioned one may be from ks30 so i was curious if that one has been comfirmed.

Disclaimer: It's almost 5AM, and I haven't gone to bed yet. And I took a benedryl about an hour ago, so I'm a little loopy.

Anyway... I think an easy way to tell where these things are coming from now would be to look on FFXIAH.com and check on multiple servers what people who've sold one (or more) in the past few days has also been selling. Of course a dozen pairs of strider boots don't sell everyday, so it's only a guess. And plenty of people rushed to dump theirs.

For Strider's, I'm guessing either Eye of the Storm or the Scarlet King. Leaning towards Eye.

For Juggy, probably the turtle KS99.

Won't work for Speed Belt, of course though KS99 seems pretty reasonable.

I don't think Juggernaut would be in Grimshell Shocktroops, most items are at or below the level of the BC they come from. I would guess that Jugg and Speed Belt come from Wyrm and Turtle KS99 (or reversed). If they did come from KS30, they could come from any of them since none of them have a Crab or Orc-type fight.

Closest KS30 IMO would be Today's Horoscope, even though it's a ram, due to SE's tendency to name crabs after astrological signs. My money's on KS99 tho.

I think it's stupid that they put Serket Ring in ODS IF it still drops D Ingot because 90% of KSNM 30 people do are ODS and rest get ignored, I think they should take D Ingot out of it if they haven't already and put Juggernaut in DD because one's a WAR mob. Also putting Healing Staff in Behemoth KSNM 99 when that's the one most people do cus it has best loot already I disagree with, IMO Staff and Striders should be put in the pigeons KSNM 30 to even out KSNMs loot.

Well, the ls Im in did Turtle KS99 5 times on monday be4 update, won 4 of them.
1st - Stylet drop
2nd - Leopard Axe
3rd - Stylet
4th - jack shit, i think only somnus signa was worth gil
5th - ran out of time

We have another run setup for monday to do 5-6 more. We had to stop thursday b/c our COR and some BLM had 2 go. I'll post again monday if this thread is still going about any new drops we might get. (cmon Speed Belt >_<)

Adamantoise mobs aren't aquans either, at least in my experience, Bibiki Seashell doesn't work on them. Wiki has them listed as lizards, but I dunno how reliable that is.

My understanding was that LoO and other Kraken-type mobs were Amorphs, too.

Amorphs should be anything without an exo- or endoskeleton, and Aquans should be marine life with an exo- or endoskeleton.

Or so you'd expect.
