Fixed Golden Salvage?

I just did Golden Salvage and the 'trick' did not work, however I got VERY lucky and picked the last box at the very southernmost point.

Has anyone else done Golden Savage and seen that the trick does not work? Would offer SS, but I can't show that sadly. ;-;

forgive me if I sound noobish, but what "trick" did they fix this time? This assault was "fixed" a while back from the datswap I know. I know there are still ways of making it easy though. Which did they remove?

a. The cursor disappearing when checking the chest from a certain distance
b. Requiring a smn or /smn to pop the chest and letting carby agro it.

They fixed the disappearing cursor, not SMN/BST popping.

Preemptive Strike is easier if all you care about is points from any zone and/or rank up. But if you want Ilrusi points, then yea.

A few weeks ago I asked around and people told me they fixed the crusor thing and apparently they just fixed it now? Make up your minds.

Been doing this for a couple weeks. It most definately worked the night before the update. A pitty they corrected this, but I saw it coming a mile away

I've only done it the SMN way, so idc if they fixed the cursor thing. If the SMN way still works, no reason to complain.
