Sea drop rates after update?

We did love yesterday and got full drops. Never seen a full drop before, it could also be that they adjusted novio/novia. Since those are some of the highly sought after items, maybe they just adjusted the ones "at the end" so to speak.

I doubt it, we got full drops last time we did love. Making the pop items 100% is one thing but making the drops 100 is a bit different. Then again TK is 100% now so you never know. Were doing love again tomorrow so ill let you know the results.

We've only done about 7 jols so its not a huge amount by any means. However, our stats with THF3 are 3 full drops, 1 weapon only drop, and 3 "regular drops" (novio + torque, torque, novia)

Well, thanks, wish I could take credit for them. Avatar someone else found for me years ago, someone had drawn a WHM her model and BLM my model in a pic together; the sig as I've mentioned was made for me by Catra on Odin, as actually a whole pic, I just cropped it.

And to the guy that talks about Novio being purely Epeen and it doesn't amount to 100 damage, it really depends on the situation.

Thats like saying STR is epeen for Sam. Doesn't really matter if he does 100 damage more on a WS... Its the same thing.

We have 4 novios now, thats 4 blm's pumping that little extra damage into every nuke. Its not huge, but isn't that what we aim for? To get the blm's doing that little extra, to get the sam's pushing that little extra dmg, to get the tanks that little more enmity, to get the mages a little less enmity (novia's) etc etc, and soon enough all that little extra starts to add up to big things.

It's always seemed to me like JoL has a better drop rate than the other jailers. We're currently at 9 torques, 8 novios, 6 novias out of 15 JoLs, while the other torques have around a 1 in 5 drop rate. I guess they gave Love a better drop rate since it's the penultimate boss and doesn't drop any spawn items?

Killed Prudence tonight with no drops at all, not even weapon. Called GM and quoted the patch notes. Told me we were basically SOL but another GM was looking into it as a bug. Usual copypasta response. Couldn't even get our pop items back (not that they're too hard to farm now anyway).

Uh, you killed both of them at the SAME TIME didn't you? If both Prudences die in the same nuke, they don't drop anything, not even a weapon. Our LS found this out the hard way a long time ago.

It seems that one has to die to "trigger" the loot pool on the other or something.

No, it can drop both, or one or the other, or nothing at all.

Hmmm I've never seen both drop on one kill, and I've always seen one or the other drop, with the exception of a single organ ix'mnk pop. Everytime I've popped with 3 organs, either one or the other has dropped.

Just cuz you've never seen it doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

Kaeko got.. no maybe it was Demetrius; Demetrius got his cape on a full drop, as I recall, Virtue and Deed.

This was actually changed quite a while back (like, within a couple months of adding Sea NMs). Ix'Aerns used to drop nothing most of the time, but could drop Deed, Vice, or both. They were changed later to always drop a Deed or a Vice.
