Yet when someone puts on a relic 'weapon' it spreads like wildfire. Their name is always well remembered. 300m is the price to become a legend in your own time. Sure the glimmer fades over time but it's been years and it's still a relatively rare accomplishment.

Yea, I'm sure everyone knows the name of each of the fifty billion PLDs who own an Aegis.

I know of 4 people who own Spharai, and I only remember two names.
One because I see his name all the friggin time, and the other because I was one of the first to see him and announce it when it was the only known relic on our server.

Relics weapons should be made more game-breakingly awesome, at least to the point where getting it over shield or horn isn't seen as a waste of money.
Maybe if you suped-up its stats (and maybe did something with 2H damage), WAR's best weapon WOULD be Bravura.

Although my relic sorta sucks, at least I can dual weild if something better comes along...

But I do wish SE buffed up relic weapons to some extent, it won't be too long before they are marginally the best weapons in their class. Well, for some weapons they already aren't so hot.

They could solve the issue with all melee relics by just attaching the Virtue Stone DA effect to them. Of course the chance of that happening is roughly null, still something nice to think about though

If anything, Claustrum and Gungnir holders are probably overachievers for the hell off of it and attention. They probably had Sea on day 1, and love talking about that fact, even to this day.
