they use this move called granite skin and it doesnt give a description of what it does but i noticed that when we first pulled one i could attack it face to face and do normal damage, but once it used granite skin it would 'guard' attacks like a MNK mob so i ran to the side of it and it went back to normal damage. so ye

boiling blood = haste and berserk
granite skin = guard?
clobber = spike flail esque move
battle horn = frontal damage(used this when i tanked face to face, wiped 2 shadows)
demoralizing roar = attack down

def. chain busters, but they dont agro so just avoid em and murder the birds.

Was just xping on these. Their HP is pretti high, but when they use "Boiling Blood" they get haste + massive defense loss. I was doing 2100+ sidewinders as a 74 RNG. Demoralizing Roar was the AoE Attack down, and it's pretti bad... esp if you only have 1 Erase in your party... lasts roughly 45-90 seconds I'd say. It does attack with tail, but we didn't see the flail move at all. Battlehorn is frontal cone, took 1-2 blinks, but wasn't very damaging. It also did that Granite move.... but I still can't figure out what it does. My attacks didn't appear to lose any effectiveness, and RDM dispel had no effect. Besides for those TPs we didn't see it use any others. They can either be realli easy or realli hard depending on which TP it decides to spam. They're less consistant than the bugards, so I can imagine them breaking chains... but they're kinda fun.

The notification that a target was cursed by Igqira has changed, yes.

They did that because before, you wouldn't even know it went off on an enemy until it wore off of them.

granite skin = guard?

Only DEF up at Horn, where the graphic is. Like I said before, soon as servers came up, went and tested while waitin for Nyzul Isle Assault, and in Besieged.
Under their front leg, and their belly, hitting from the side are the weak points. The tail is weak too, but not as weak as the belly.
