Server Issues?

Happens to me in Port Jeuno/Meriphataud Mountains, but if I type /sea while in either of those zones, it works. No limbus for me. :\

After Besieged, went to Jeuno, r0'd there. Went in, zoned as I was r0'ing and it was fine until I left to Al'Taieu and r0'd there. Sigh... There goes my Limbus point f'ing hell!

I just logged on my main character again, crawled to SSandy zone while R=0'ing, timed out, re-logged in and everything seemed fine, so I decided to warp back to Whitegate and use the Warptaru to get back to Nsandy but started R=0'ing the moment I spawned in front of the outpost warp guy;

and no, I wasn't using windower.

For the people that are getting the Error: FFXI-3113 thing, and not even getting into the character selection screen, I"m curious where are you guys located geographically? I'm in the Midwest here. They seem to be suggesting this is external to them and has to do with the backbone, but I don't buy it.

My char is stuck in her mog house in Whitegate. I can zone out to Whitegate while I'm R0ing, but lag out there as well. Have tried both on PC and PS2. My 4 mules can log in just fine. Only my main is having the R0 problem.

Another strange occurance I'm having is that when I click the Shortcut icon to get to the FF11 Play screen, POL viewer hangs. If I wait for the first menu to load, then select Games->Final Fantasy XI, it works... just not the Shortcut icon.

Really wish Square would post something saying yes there's an issue or whatnot. Would be nice to know what the hell's going on.

Midwest, Texas with the 3113 Error. They just need to just shut the damn server down and fix the problem. Them not even saying anything in the PoL information menu about this problem is just making it worse.

That's what getting me too is they're not even acknowledging this on the site as an issue, and I've seen several different chat logs today of people talking with tech support and being told completely different things. Kinda ridiculous though, I've never had this much trouble getting connected before on the same connection as always yet they say it's not their fault.
