1) Levelling BLM at the height of the inflation - and having to gear it at Xmas crazy prices (not that bad really cos my BCNM stuff had sold at equally Xmas crazy prices)
2) Levelling bard.
3) Starting when I did - then discovering a lot of my friends started a bit later and on a different server to me.
4) Speaking my mind on occasions - well, in a way yes and no - because it set a sequence of events in action that ended incredibly well for me... but still was kinda bleh at the time.
5) Throwing those beastmen seals when I was a newb and didn't know what they were for.
Rajas Ring
Leveling Drg.
Quitting for over a year and losing my RNG75/DRK67/NIN37/WAR37/THF37and unlocking lulPUP :D
Never finding a way to make gil.
Trying to static my first job with people that never had time to xp with me.
Not having more friends and acquaintances outside of my current linkshell.

lol. I should start a "proudest moments" thread with my accomplishment, "desynthed Solsovly's Haidate"Originally Posted by solsovly

Perhaps I should have been more aggressive about levelling. Stalling for 8 months at 60-65 to craft meant I pretty much missed out on easy sky. Then again, it also enabled me to build a crafting empire...
buyin FFXI
lol my friend paid 20 mil for one when he got his, and its ~750k on Asura.Originally Posted by EssEnnKay

1. Accidently stole a Tavnazia Bell from a WHM who was helping me with Genkai 1, back when the cap was 60 (oops)
2. Leveling WHM
3. Leveling DRG (loved my set while I had it, but wish it was another job)
4. Quitting when I did, missed out on _____, blah blah, just like everyone else. Didn't learn ToAU because I quit right after it released, and still don't know it very well.
5. I made a lot of poor gil decisions due to hasty purchases, but I don't really regret that stuff too much, can always just make more

All in all, it could be worse. I picked Suppanomimi (and later got a Ridill), Rajas, etc.
Not killing you when I had the chance.
1- Being so nice only to get fucked
2- Picking Bushi thinking i was gonna take my sam to 75, only to level ninja for my CoP static and taking it to 75
3-Being on Asura
4-Not cutting my studio lab to go to dyna xarc and finish my monk af2 only to be free lotted by a level 56 monk
That's about it, other than that I prolly woulda changed the HNMLS I picked
1) Leveling WHM first.
2) Buying high, selling low.
3) Either not finishing cloth, or getting it as high as I did but still not high enough to make money.
4) The way I handled some LS drama/friendships.
5) Helping certain people only to get shafted later.
6) Wasting a whole lot time on meriting useless crap only to be lowered later.
7) Not using my LS authority to pick up Taru babes.
Not picking a Hume Female as my character. Oh, the free shit I could've had by now.
1) Not picking Suppa. I dont really hate too much on my Knight's, but lvling WAR later made me regret it.
2) Acquire Homam Manopolas and then stop playing 2 weeks after :/ (I did give my acc to the LS though, but wish I could have put it to good use myself)
3) Not having finished lvling COR and WAR to 75 before I quit.
1. Not lvling bst til now.
2. Not taking breaks form FFXI at an earlier date. (just returned from a 3 month break)
3. Not leveling Woodworking to 100 to complement other crafts.
