Your biggest regret(s)...

1. Quitting several times, in which I started two separate characters and leveled them to 75 and deleted them.
2. Giving my login info to my old ls, who in turn stole my favorite character.
3. Not having a character to play anymore, but not willing to start over leveling.

1. Leveling Woodworking to 96, then deleveling it after I made my own set of HQ staves. :>

3. Not buying sorcerer's ring when it was only 30k.

i regret selling my account to some arab who is now in a ls i despised while i was playing, although i would do it again cause i needed money. ill tell you something i dont regret though, starting a fight with every random japanese person i met

Desynthing Haidate

lol. I should start a "proudest moments" thread with my accomplishment, "desynthed Solsovly's Haidate"

I don't really have any big regrets. Would I have done things different were I to go back in time and do it all again? Sure.

Perhaps I should have been more aggressive about levelling. Stalling for 8 months at 60-65 to craft meant I pretty much missed out on easy sky. Then again, it also enabled me to build a crafting empire...

I remember when you finally hit 75. I was sure it was a sign of the servers shutting down.

Oh.. let's see here:

1. Leveling Goldsmithing since day one, including through the mega inflation.

Its pretty much mathematically impossible to regain that gil as things stand now, and yippied for Goldsmithing 91. Kill me.

2. Not breaking my first Dynamis Linkshell sooner, it ended badly, but in the long run it was for the best.

3. Upgrading Relic Staff. To Stage 3.

You have no idea how much this burns. Its like a slow agony that never fucking leaves.

4. Finding out SE fucked us with relic staff, and then upon liquidating all my current currency, getting a kraken club, only to see it more than half in price within a few months, finally settling to 1/4th the price.

5. Not bringing my linkshell into the endgame sooner than I did. Lost alot of really old time members to hnmls's because It refused to participate in the endgame. I still miss alot of those guys.

6. Working so fucking hard at blm equipment, only to have it reduce from over 120M in value to roughly 25M.

I cannot describe all the gil I've "lost" due to the current deflation.. but who knows.. economies are strange.. perhaps I'll make it back.

7. Naming myself Tyraravenlocke. Not only does everyone assume I'm a fucking woman.. (Girl taru with a girl's name.. I'm a retard)

But fucking typing /ma "Cure III" Tyrasrusjadkljaskldjalkdjaskljksd is pretty fucking hard to do in a clinch cross alliance.

8. Upon forming my linkshell on the second day of NA release, naming its after myself. Tyrastroupe is so not a fucking pro name.

Couldn't have realized then how fucking self centered it would look to outsiders 3.5 years later.

And I hate to tell you, people will remember that long after the LS is gone. On Midgar, we had someone named Bikerboy who, on his first day playing, bought a LS and shouted to get members. LS's name was Bikerboysboyz or something godawful stupid like that.

It was a year or more ago, the LS is long since gone, and I still snicker every time I see Bikerboy.

-Quitting BST at 43 before ToAU came out.

3. Not finishing CoP earlier when everyone else was (just got to chapter 5.. finally...)

4. Meriting for NIN instead of SAM first. NIN merits are so orz.

5. Splurging recently instead of saving and buying shit for cheap.

6. Throwing away some Beastman's Seals.. yeah....

7. Not leveling BRD for meriting (still in the process).

- Not selling gear I didn't use or rarely use during the inflation times. Could've been 100mil richer.

- Not meeting more people in game (about 95% of the people I talked to reguarly quit the game).

- Losing to Ultima at 1 and 5% (fucking magic barrier 5x in a row after all melees were double weakened). HNMLS broke before I got another shot at him.
