The price shooting up would probably be people who think "I still haven't gotten the pop item to drop, and they're probably going to ninja fix it to be rarer. Even if I have to pay a little more, I better buy one NOW before the price goes back to anywhere near where it was."

First you beat the beard/facial hair into submission. Use the shot gun to cut down time by blasting away the large areas (jaw line and neck). The machete will be great for the hard to do precision cuts. Use the rifle for the really annoying hairs. After than simply apply the nuclear waste as aftershave and go out for a great day!
