WS glitch or ...?

Isn't this a really old glitch? Seen a thread here about it before, but it had like 7 WS going off.

That's perfectly Normal. Cosmic Elucidation always hits everybody in the party. Your SS shows 6 hits, one on each person.

WELL I NEVER GOT THE CHANCE TO FIND OUT BECAUSE WE WERE SO GOOD! (I actually haven't had the chance to do the BC yet. =\)

Either way, it's been happening for a long time. There were screenshots like it on the old BG forums too.

its because of lag/too many ppl nearby
when someone uses a WS and changes gear they will stay off your screen for a while, the dmg won't show up until they pop on your screen again, if that person uses more then one WS during the time they haven't popped on your screen you'll see the 2 WS's show up in the log at once, really they didnt all go off at the same time, just didnt show up in your log till they repopped on your screen

Because each one has a different damage number, It makes me wonder how damage is being calculated in this sequence.

If there were a way to reproduce this reliably, it wouldn't cause any server side issues since there's only one "legal" number actually hitting the mob, but you could parse an equip setup on 3 mobs and 40WS calculations.

That rampage SS is hilarious, It's good to know it's a common glitch.

While no LS's really get along well on Fenrir I like to think we can operate drama free and without too much distrust, hell I do dynamis with the 2 people who have glitched, very nice people

Now if only I can get that glitch to happen regularly

I've seen this happen tons of times, it's just lag. Notice you don't see "readies Tachi:Gekko" etc when you see all the ws' together. You see them ready all of them when they use the WS but just don't see the damage until after a bunch of ws' and see them all at once. I see it happen a lot after mobs die.

I've done about 12 asuran fists in a row in Besieged before; had to do with lag. I'd assume this does too.

1st reaction: Yeah, you could average those 9 WS's that occurred under the exact same conditions, swap around gear or WS [looking at you Tachi: Gekko/Kasha/Yukikaze] if you could force that.

Moral of the story: Never trust the text log, it's glitchy as hell.
