Shit, $3 for movies where?![]()
There is a "cheap-o" cinema with ancient theaters lol, but those tickets are still $5, and they only play movies that are already out on DVD.

Cincinnati.
Our old theater tickets are 2~3$ and usually get new movies within a month of release. Pre 5:00pm tickets at a real theater costs 4.50$ after 5 cost $6.50.
Netflix is pretty cheap yeah? I don't have the service but from what I've read/heard it's worth the $$$.Originally Posted by Swampthing
Anyone use the video game service(Gamefly?) I was always tempted to try it out but I was kind of concerned about getting scratched games or the selection not being up to par.
Damn Cincinnati prices :\ Thats crazy inexpensive compared to Boston lol.
I have netflix now and I had gamefly until I canceled it. I never had a problem with scratched discs, I only canceled because I found I wasn't playing console games very much so I decided I was wasting the money.Originally Posted by Vertabreaker
I love netflix, I took a screenshot of all the pricing plans for you.

I do the 5 at a time. edit:: Gamefly had a good selection too, don't let a fear of them not having what you want turn you away. And if you get a scratched disc, send it back and have them send you a different one. Although I'm not saying the lost gaming time sucks lol, but that also never happened to me.
Cool. Thanks for the info. With netflix and gamefly you can keep the rentals for as long as you want without any late fees as well correct?Originally Posted by Swampthing
Yeah, LOL, that was actually another problem I was having with Gamefly. I would finish a game and then set it down somewhere and forget about it..lol.. like a month later I would stumble on it and just say to myself "dammit ><"
Keep 'em as long as you wantBut remember, whether you get a new game or not, you will still be charged the monthly fee lol.
Right on. Maybe I'll stay away from both of them lol. I'm super forgetfull when it comes to mailing things out, hence why all my bills are direct deposit lol.Originally Posted by Swampthing
haha I know what you mean, I am the same way. I got a good system now with my netflix movies, after I watch something I put it in the return sleeve and put it underneath something I have to bring with me to work in the morning. Then I put it in the mailbox before I leave for work. ^^vOriginally Posted by Vertabreaker
Read the last line, you can think a game is good but hate it at the same time. GoW was an excellent game but I was also pissed when I could beat it in such a short time.Originally Posted by Who Dat?
I would rather rent it for 5 days and spend the remaining 46 dollars on alcohol.
At least GoW has online play which is fun and adds a little bit of replay value. Personally, I love the online aspect(Former Socom/SocomII/SocomIII addict). I definatly think the online aspect of GoW(as well as Xbox Live)could use some improving though in the future if they're planning a GoW2.Originally Posted by Serif
omg god of war 1 is awesome. the camera is wierd at first, not being able to swing it myself, but the more i play level 1 the more i notice its freakin perfect... it goes automatically where i would be putting it anyways. fantastic game so far, from level one lol![]()

good game... i just beat the hydra.. that was the sickest boss fight in a video game ever
Eh.. that whole first level annoyed the piss out of me
i wont lie lol.. i fell off those god damned beams a few times ; ; but the boss fight itself was awesome
I am sure God of War 2 has better boss fights than the Hydra from the original.Originally Posted by Swampthing
There's a lot of those beams throughout the game, so be prepared my friend.Originally Posted by Swampthing
