Personally I would've said "GTFO and come back when you have at least some sub-par or decent WAR gear." Not saying he should ge hauby, but there are very simple things that can be done to upgrade his gear and boost his dmg output.

built a party and head out to aydeewa subterrane (lv58-59 fighting the crawlers there)

I don't have any pictures sadly ; ;

but a JP drk in the party lv59 was using

Raven Scythe
Shield Earrings x2
x2 str rings (lv 36 ones)
Royal Knight's Chainmail
Royal Squire's Breeches

I found him a replacement without his knowledge and sent him on his way, another JP in the party wasn't happy about it and shortly left afterwards, (was a 59 war in SH and x2 vixing axes)

replaced them with a thf who had a hard time using SATA macros with his viper bite, and a DRG who was wearing no back or earrings (but had SH, Valkyrie mask and Grank Knight's Lance lv60)

oddly enough our parties damage output went way up and our exp per hour increased 30-40%, go figure
