Posts like this are why the other thread got locked. I assume you meant he TPed in this. Yes, it is lacking in acc+ stuff. However, nearly all of that equip is both expensive and desireable (mainly for WS). That just means he sucked at his job, it doesn't mean his equip sucked. The thread is called Worst Equipped Melee/Mage, not shittiest party members ever.

There's a RNG on Sylph who uses Martial Axe off-hand b/c he thinks its helps Sidewinder / Slug accuracy, guess who it is! /em cues the FFXII "The hunt begins!" SS.

Tempyst - take a good, good look at the first post in this thread. That fits with the "Worst-equipped melee / mage" theme. The gear gimps him so fucking terribly that he can't even do his job correctly. The ranger you posted is not gimp. He may have some confusing gear choices, but he doesn't have shit gear. Shit gear is the level 51+ RDM who insists on using AF1 weapons and leaving half his/her boxes blank. Shit gear is the level 75 full-AF WAR using a single level 30 weapon with a shield while /NIN. Shit gear is not a RNG who has two or three questionable-ish pieces of gear, in combination with what is generally perfectly acceptable RNG gear.

Honostly there is nothing wrong with his gear, the arrows are a bit gimp but I've ran out of k. arrows and demond arrows and was liek "fuck... scorpion arrows :<"

Hello, Shura Head. That screenshot was taken inbetween macro swaps from WS to TP, running around in the mire wearing Dusk gloves and legs is a bad idea

And nah, he was using Scorpion arrows right off the bat and through out the entire party.

And besides, where do you draw the line? Of course he'd be worse in Cuir, but then at that point I could say he'd be worse wearing bronze. Just because he has a lot of expensive crap doesn't mean he's not using it terribly (dual wielded K.Club, Scorpion Arrows)
