Misread the poll; mine's actually in Whitegate. I was thinking 'Al Zahabi' as being anywhere in the city for a HP - compared to Jeuno, nation home, etc.

Yeah, I'm sitting on Al'Z homepoint, To be honest, Whitegate is more convenient but at this point, I'm keeping it in Al'Z just because of the cool-factor that it's not there. ^^;;

Unless your HP is the Al Zahbi MH exit, if that was possible (hell if I remember now).

Yeah that's what this threads about. They removed the MH Exit HP, but some people saved it and haven't reset since.

You can now lease a Rent-a-Room in the new towns of Al Zahbi and Aht Urhgan Whitegate. In the event that you change jobs and leave the Rent-a-Room in the new areas, please note that there will be no option asking you to set your home point.

I assume Whitegate's was added in a future update.

Yeah... it was really soon after the expansion because I have had my HP at the Whitegate Mog exit for almost as long as I can remember. I think I had it at the blue crystal thingy in Whitegate before that, but only for a short time.

I blame it on SE for having dialogue that says "Al Zahbi" usually refer to the whole city or just Whitegate. Why couldn't they be "Commoner's/Merchant's Ward" or "Al Zahbi - Commoner's Ward". Speaking of city names, I have this horrible feeling that SE is going to get re-unoriginal and call the Empire's eastern capital "Aht Urhgan" like they have with Sando/Batok/Windy/Jeuno/Tavnazia's capitals.

Lost it when I had to set HP in Safehold for AV fight about a month after the HP was removed. Haven't looked back since I figured out how superior the HQ warp taru is.
