I think our sigs are slightly different >_>
Despite how stupid this sounds, Im going to agree lol. From personal experiences (and those of THF in my LS) this has been true.Originally Posted by Everlasting

Few days later I go camp solo with TH4 for about 3-4hrs, no drops. Next day I send my knife to mule and go camp with TH3 and get the drop in about 3hrs. Today I sent my knife to mule and didnt equip my armlets, got drop in under 1.5hrs.
A THF in my LS has gotten 4-5 lanterns solo with only TH2, hes gotten each drop in under an hour of him showing up at Temple/Den.
Yea its not conclusive, but it sure seems like Everlasting is right.
If that's what you believe, then why not stick with TH2? Since obviously, its better, right?Originally Posted by Kilik

I zoned into Den of Rancor, got the drop in 3 kills, and had Thief Knife in hand all in 15min. I had TH4 too so that theory is shattered.
Yeah a sample size of 1 is all we need to disprove that!Originally Posted by Neojin
Killed like 80-100 Pursuers still no drop. lol.
Running laps in temple hitting like 7-10 Pursuers per lap for like the last 5 hours. lol
most of the really rare dropped items in this game seem to have their own pre-coded drop rate percentage
so treasure hunter probably doesn't show noticable increases on drop rates on these rarely dropped items, as TH(2/3/4) doesn't seem to work to a tremendous level anyways, even on regular items sans beehive chips
just my opinion
I've always just believed that treasure hunter increases how many items drop off a mob. The difference maker between 2 or 1 Abjuration on Nidhogg (though luck happens either way.)
Description says: Increases chance that treasure will be dropped by enemies.
Doesn't necessarily mean 'increases chance of rare items dropping'
Who knows!
OK i went afk to make some mac and cheese, and my friends who were helping got the drop as soon as i went afk. LOL. :\
like 1/100+
Now I want mac and cheese.
That makes it sound as though it only works on enemies who are not guaranteed to drop anything, like a canyon crawler.Originally Posted by Marcin

mac and cheese is godly food..
And about the TH+ decreasing drop rate, I wasnt saying that it's fact or anything, just sharing my experiences since that guy said that. All drops come down to luck no matter how much TH is involved.
Quick, someone edit the FF Wiki to reflect the new realization that Mac & Cheese increases drop rates.
Bonus points if you put it here:Originally Posted by Bagel

At the bottom of the article.
EDIT: had to edit the page again to correct a grammatical error.
