Also, if I remember correctly, Shadows don't drop gil. I remember fighting them for hours for a chest key/treasury gold and feeling jipped because all I got was like 1 revival root in 1 day. though Something tells me that Hydra shadows would drop gil if they weren't in Dynamis, since they're sorta between Shadows and Fomors.

I'll also take that as solid evidence that they are not arcane.

- They aggro sneak, but Hide works on them.

Applies to ghosts and skeletons too, you just need to be at white HP.
