If you would notice, not all paranoia is "crazy," being antisocial is definitely not crazy, being avoidant is not crazy, Dependant is not crazy, so therefore, this test is not simply a "crazy test." Certain aspects for which it tests can be chalked up to craziness, but not all of them.

While being dependent/etc may not make you crazy it is a character flaw you should rectify as soon as possible and will improve your overall quality of life.

Unless you enjoy a low quality of life.. which would make you crazy.
