    strategy for E-vase-ive Action?

Due to the recent rumors, I'm thinking of burning some of my stash of KS on KS30 E-vase-ive Action. Even if they turn out to be false (probably are imho), there's at least the d.ingots and stuff that can drop anyway.

Anybody have a good strategy for it other than the SMN burn one? My SMN is 75, so I could do that, but other SMNs are hard to find. Thanks!

BST strategy: Use carrie/Funguar on Water Pot
SMN Strategy: (only 4 SMN needed), Use titan on Thunder Pot, bring a bard or RDM if you're below 75 or not using Yag Drink.

I don't think Speed Belt drops from it, but go ahead, we'll find out sooner or later and it'll be worthless like Thief's Knife

BST usually should call beast and let the timer cool down a bit. Normal runs require 2 pets per BST if it goes -ga happy.

Don't forget to bring synth materials, cause you arnt doing anything besides fight, afk till pet dies, fight afk till chest drops.

The Summoner method can be done with two SMNs.

It's usaully dangerous, so it can be best to go with 3-4

I know a SMN who's solo'd this, dunno if they needed meds or anything for it. On the topic of speed belt has anybody tried the cactuar bc or know a working strat for it? Cactuars are pretty speedy >_>

SMN's in my LS have soloed this before using their 2h. Just need to take some meds in with you AFAIK.

very easily done with 2SMNs using 2hrs.
smn can also solo, but with lots of Yag drinks. just not worth the risk imo.

when I duo'd this a few times (as smn) we used Titan on Earth Pot with the af1 gloves to occasionally get a small amount of mp back.

Hmm, nice my plan was to just bring a WHM and BRD for carol/bar-ra and a standard pt NIN tank DD DD etc, but I'll go bug some SMN now lol.

i remember when this, bees and spiders were the only KS30s =p

if you're going in with a normal setup...

go wind pot with an utsu tank. forgot what we did for chainspell -ga...but if we could go 6/6 at lvl 70, i don't think they'd be a problem at 75.

did it with a warrior tank with only utsu 1. made sure we got a drk for arcane circle, the intimidation is nice. i was a blm. just random people thrown in for the other 3 spots.

was ages ago though, everyone's gear is nothing like what we have now.

yea, double ice weather was nice especially since you almost always went with a blm in your group. was a very easy ks, dont think i can ever remember losing it, although onetime servers crashed right after we finished and they did a 20min rollback or so and our rdm lost a d.ingot lmao =/

i did this one solo a long long time ago, but i lost because i didnt bring enough meds

was easy though, just pick the longest kiting track and you'll be ok (and bring a lot of yags and your 2hr)

Yeah this ksbcnm is really easy. Just about any balanced party set up can win. The tank would always kite it away from everyone else in case it started to spam -gas. We always killed the air pot too.
