Speed belt may now be obtained by trading an Octave Club to the mob "Absolute Virtue." Please note that you must be at least level 95 to be able to trade the item.

I've never really understood this line of thought with rare items. Why would it be a bad thing if more players had what's considered a good item? Besides the obvious reduction of 'epeen'.

You work at a job for 30 years, had a college diploma, worked your way up from the bottom, got raises, and make good money now. Then your company hires a bum straight from highschool living with his parents to the same position as you making the same amount of money as you. You don't get mad?

people need to get over themselves because everyone should have the same chance in a video game....

you need to think of it like this if you want real life examples... 50 years ago technology was nothing like it is today... should all your grandparents be mad at you because they had to look up trig tables and use slide rules while you can do everything with a single button on a calculator?
