Quest: Cargo .. Where does Vuntar get his gil?

Aka the rolanberry guy

He's been out of gil a few days now save for 1 berry. Where the heck does this guy get his gil from so I know when to come back. Zoning/day change had no effect, he still says "I'll buy your berry once my wages come in".

If its one berry a week that would be pretty dang sad for 500 gil a week

I think its a stealth nerf, because gil sellers were abusing it.
