It just came from a rumor post. (A friend told me not to tell anyone but here you go, please waste your seals on this KSNM instead of the real one rumor post.) Someone said they were going to try some earlier but never came back to confirm. I would be extremely surprised if it came from this fight.

There was some speculation that it might come from the Cardian fight due to the name of the mobs inside. But once again if someone has found it, no one is talking.

Considering the 3 smaller HNMs - Roc, Simurgh, and KA had their drops moved, it seems to reason that are 3 are in KS99s.

Strider Boots was confirmed in "The Hills are Alive"
Healing Staff was confirmed in "Horns of War"

I tend to believe there is a trend there and Speed Belt would be KS99 Fafnir.

Yes, thank you, I had forgotten about that one. Considering the item drop is not nearly as rare or sought after, it tends to easier to get that item whenever you want.

But, rereading the OP and Seno's redo, there is 1 new drop in all 3 KS99s so far. I would find it hard pressed to drop 2 in 1 KS (i.e. Speed Belt in one of those) and not drop an additional item in the other 2.

Season's Greetings is probably the most likely, just because it's so fucking hard.
