Yeah, this is from Mighty Avengers #1 (iirc, I'm at work and don't have my books in front of me). The end that was posted is totally wtf and promises awesomeness; the rest of the book is pretty kickass too -- it's Iron Man and Ms Marvel discussing who they're going to put on the team, with lots of entertaining thought bubbles, and lots of t&a because Frank Cho is drawing it. I recommend it!

Iron Man doesnt have Spider-sense, he only has the knowlage (and only a few people in the MU know about Parkers Spider-sense) of it and how it works. Because of this knowlage Iron Man is able to work around it (like Venom).
