NoScript isn't for ad blocking... I don't know what Opera does but I do know that.
It is possible that Opera has this functionality as well but I doubt it.

You can also enable / disable all/some javascript on a per site basis out of the box.

I tried Chrome. It's nice (seems better than firefox), but lacks the features I care about. I'm sticking with Opera.

Mouse gestures, Close all tabs (can reopen closed tabs with right mouse click), Customiseable toolbar buttons. I guess they see no need for a bar to zoom the page as you can just hold CTRL and + or -

Opera does all of these out of the box, no need to keep up with extensions. I use the ctrl + mouse scroll to zoom, but on some browsers it resizes all tabs, not just the current tab. Plus it gives you a visual indication of what % zoom you are at.

Also the "close all tabs" thing and the "customizable toolbar" thing isnt what I was talking about.

But anyway, this is the wrong place for this.

What were you talking about then? Because I bet with a quick google I could find an add on feature for chrome to do whatever it was you wanted.

And who cares whether it does i right out the box or via a plugin? The end result is the same: it does it.

Because it's more effort required to achieve the same (or less) functionality I currently have.

Plus extensions break or become unmaintained.

You stick with Chrome, i'll stick with Opera.

Will do. If I go on about it anymore I'll sound like a google fanboy. I'm not, but chrome is just that good. I was against getting chrome for ages, I just didn't see the point - my current browser (firefox) did everything I needed.

But then I was forced to download it so that Dell could do some remote desktop shit to fix my computer, figured now I had it I might as well give it a shot, and immidiately loved it.
