It wouldn't be possible to create a character on Atomos even if I bought you a WorldPass, because you have to be able to select Atomos in the world list or edit the packet, and that's bannable.

By three way tie, I meant that in each Region, neither country has any Influence, so each Conquest update it's a tie in each region, and it randomly assigns ownership.
